AM - 10 DI/2xAC and some laps.  A little fatigued still.  (Stratus black 286.1)

afternoon - 10 Green Springs/2450.  Nice day out, but I can tell it is going to take a little time to get any strong runs back in me.  Got home and took dog around.  Wasn't able to get weights in today (sometimes life happens),  but it shouldn't be a problem later in the week, so at least I'll get one day in - maybe I can sneak it in another time as well.  (Cumulus white  631.85)

Great job bouncing back and hitting it again after last week. Just monitor things. "When your feeling your strongest is when your the most vulnerable for injury" said a long haired trail runner with out a shirt.
