AM - 11 Junction.  Up early to get a few in before the trip up to Cedar for a track meet.  A nice little run, despite being so tired.  Got home and took the dog around.  (Landreth orange 126.25)

Interesting couple weeks.  Cut the mileage back significantly do to track with an eye on recovery, but I don't know if I really feel all that recovered - and recovered from what?  Just high mileage I guess.  But I am ready to get back some good mileage and tie in a few long runs - it has been awhile since I have gone anytihng over 13-15 or so.

Goals for next week: bring the mileage back up and get in a solid long run.  A busy week as Ry is getting baptised Saturday, so I won't be going up to BYU with the team.

You guys have been training so hard! I hope the track work work brings the money home for you to complete it. Great work.

When are you planning the long run for the week. I'd like to join in if schedules would allow.

Thanks Steve

Clyde, depends on if James is running Hurricane - if so, I am planning on running out to the race and then back with him and some more in there somewhere - if not, let's do something else.
