AM - 12 Mall/2450/AC and some laps. Back to the morning grind. Felt decent this morning, but I could tell that I hadn't ran a lot of mileage in the last week because my legs were kind of herky-jerky. (Cumulus white 569.55)

afternoon - 10 1000,1200,1600,1200,1000 @ 5:00+ pace. Wasn't able to get a great warmup in, just 2 with the team before the workout. Jumped in with Kimzey as he was alone at his pace. We were just a little slower this week than last (4:57-5:03 pace), but we got the whole workout in, even with the beastly wind. Cooled down with DI and took the dog around when I got home. (Stratus grey 20)

Dave, i hope that you don't teach math because according to my math you ran about 95 miles last week. are you serious when you say "i hadn't ran alot of mileage in the last week"? you are an animal, a crazy animal when it comes to running. carry on.

Occasionally I do struggle with the math in the middle of a run - but as far as last week... 50 of that 95 was in just two days. Then I chilled for the rest of the week.
