AM - 12 Middleton/Warm Springs.  Felt a little better this morning, other than being a little sore from lifting (but I never lift enough to be really sore).  Got back and took Molly around.  Only run today as we have a track meet today.  (Cumulus white 611.6)

PM - 2.75 PVHS to home.  Wasn't planning on running home (but maybe I was, since I brought stuff just in case), but Jeep is doing its things again and won't start; so I got a nice late-night run home after the meet.  (Landreth black 525.35)

Hey Dave - Great week! Are you going to be around for a Sat. morning run?

From dave holt on Thu, Apr 02, 2009 at 11:09:32 from 205.126.55.66

What do you have in mind?

From Steve Hooper on Thu, Apr 02, 2009 at 21:21:57 from 209.33.254.93

Oak Grove over to Pine Valley and back (13 miles). I would like to do at least 20 - so we could start it a little before the campground.

Whatcha Think!!!

Sounds cool - I am thinking upper 20's to 30. Time?

From Steve Hooper on Fri, Apr 03, 2009 at 10:53:29 from 209.33.254.93

We can all meet at your place and drive up together. I was thinking 5:30am -

Upper 20's to 30 is fine with me. This run will be different than what we've done so far. Elevation + extreme uphill!

5:30 it is!
