AM - 12 Target Loop. Hard to get out of bed, but once I did, the run was okay. Maybe just a little bit better than Monday when I did this. Happy I didn't run twice yesterday, even though this will be my only run today too (track meet). I think my legs are just waiting to come back - right there, just waiting to break through. I think you are coming back!

Good job Dave, looks like you are recovering and getting back into it. I think you'll be fine come race day. I'm getting excited for you. I'm realizing how frustrating it is not to be able to train as hard as you would like to. I really think this calf injury has made me think twice about playing anymore basketball, even though I enjoy it so much.

Sorry I'm not in class. I wanted to sleep in and get ready for the track meet.

Looking good. We'll try to get some kind of a good run in on Saturday before you start a taper next week. I was thinking we could run the Run4kids course three times. Once as a warm-up, once during the race as a tempo, and once as a cool-down and extended as needed. Let me know what you think?
