AM - 13 Foremaster/2xAC/laps.  Felt a little better today as far as having something in my running.  Hope that I can keep that turning around.  (Stratus black 322.10)

afternoon - 12 Washington/laps/DI.  Ran out to Washington for an easy 5 with the non-BYU boys and then hit a bunch of laps as I waited for the BYU boys to finish their track work; then hit 8xbarefoot striders and ended the run with DI cool down.  (Cumulus gold  339.15)
