AM -7.6 Green Springs. Not really a good run. My hips and hip flexors are just shot. I am really regretting the extra bit of mileage added onto Saturday's run, it was just too much at the time. I am looking forward to being able to run normally again without pain and without limps. (Stratus red 547.65)

evening - 2.5 SLC. Around the mall in South Town with the team to stretch the legs after the bus ride. My hips felt horid. (Landreth black 192.6)

Sorry to hear about your dog. I really enjoyed that night swimming with your dog. Hope the aches and pains go away soon. You might consider a massage.

See you tomorrow... I'm expecting some PV domination, don't disappoint!

what were you thinking doing a 20 miler?

you are an animal, you got to give yourself some rest after a marathon.

Sorry to hear that your legs are bothering you, but you'll come out strong. The soreness will go away soon. Just relax and let the healing take place.
