AM - 8 Mall.  Tried to give into the excuses this morning (tweaked my back a little yesterday), but still got up for some reason.  Glad I did, run was good.  Some pretty good progress with the leg these last few days.  Have been wearing compression socks through the weekend and the last couple days and that seems to really help control the pain and make stuff improve.  So hopefully only a few more days and I'll have that taken care of.  (Hyper Speed 98.25)

afternoon - 10.25 PVMS/DI.  Ran over to middle school and ran a few miles on the grass over there (not barefoot, however) and then finished off the PVMS loop.  I extended up around the DI and then Molly's Mile at home (with a little extra).  Felt very clunky and like junk today.  Goal for me is to get it through Thursday morning - then the rest of the week will be much lighter, being down in Phoenix.  (Landreth blue 691.15)

Thanks for the encouragement on the ankle, hoping to be able to do a little more each day. I did sign up for Ogden a few weeks ago, so I'm not retiring. Sunny and the baby are doing good, heading up to SLC this weekend for the big game, hopefully Jordan can get in. Are you taking kids to the Nike Meet?

Yup, heading down Thursday.

Drive safe up there - that would be awesome if Jordan got to play.

My old assistant coach from Colorado is taking a few kids down there. Alfredo Lebaron from Moffat County, he is pretty good won state cross this past year. Should be fun for the kids to race against some of the top kids from other states.
