AM - 8 Middleton.  Got out of bed again and got a decent run in.  Right knee picked up the pain again about 2 miles into it and really didn't let go.  I stopped and stretched and it did back off a bit.  I think the pain is a result of a tight hamstring.  So I iced up the knee and will work the hamstring a bit more.  A lot of smoke in the air this morning that made it hard to breathe.  (Cumulus blue 410.4)

evening - 8.5 Club run on Chuckwalla Trail.  Always an entertaining run.  Today I was torn up by a few bushes.  But it was a lot of fun to be out on the trail and out with the Club.  Knee started to hurt at around mile 4.5, but it was minimal throughout the rest of the run.  (Landreth black 237.3)

How are your guys doing with the training for Nike? Mine are struggling a little with basketball. Ben is committed though, so at least I will have one fast guy. I wish I lived closer so that I could run with you guys more.

Greg, were you guys able to get a big van - I don't think our district is going to let us. But so far I have 4 girls and 7 boys committed to going. So I think we will be taking 2 mini vans (if I can get that approved)
