afternoon - 14 River Trail into Bloomington Hills and back. Started off with a few kids and sent them back at 3.5. I kept it going, but nothing too quick would turn out. Ave. just above 7 for the whole run. A little tired, but glad to be back moving into the longer runs. (Stratus red 46)

evening - 5 Treadmill @1%. Set off at 7:30 for an easy recovery run. Started to feel a little better by the end and thought about grabbing a few more miles, but logic got the better of me as I need to live to run another day (or morning!). Good solid bag of miles today though. (Cumulus red 478.7)

Coach, you seem to be adjusting to higher miles quickly. Great work.

Hey Dave - do you run with a fan blowing on you while you run on your treadmill. I got my treadmill set-up in the house and I'm sweating like a mad man -

Thanks Brent, sometimes I wonder if I am really adjusting that well.

Steve, I have the little fan on the treadmill going as well as a box fan pointed right at me from about point blank range! See you tonight.
