noon - 28.5 Mustang Pass/Icehouse/Broken Mesa.  Snow derailed our plans for Pine Valley (at least that's what I thought - sorry Steve), so I slept in and then went out on the trails.  Conditions were great with the rains and the weather.  Ran Mustang Pass and connected it to Icehouse.  At the top of the climb I left my long-sleeve and water, only to come back and find it taken by some hippies from NAU who were out doing a study.  Luckily I caught them at the bottom of the climb and got my shirt back and my drink (good - since I hadn't drank since 7 and I was now on 20).  Finished back around Mustang and home.  Run was solid; hit a few solid toe-grabbers that about made me go down and strained my stomach a little; but I survived. (Stratus bee 590.65)

Had a strong week.  Got a little burned from the back-to-back track workouts with the kids, but hit solid mileage and good long-run with some climbing.

Goals for next week: This will be more of a mileage week focus.

Stratus Bee Miles: 28.50

Didn't I see your profile on the Hansons-Brooks website? Cause those are the only people keeping up with you, chief.

Jeez nice run. Did I mention there will be a lot of cash on the table this year for someone that is running as good as you...
