afternoon - 14 River Trail into Bloomington Hills and back.  Started off with Kimzey and Austin.  Wind was blowing hard against us.  Decided to take a detour off my normal route and extend a little.  Couldn't loop around the 1/2 course because it still has a giant hole in the trail and tractors all around it, so I just made it an out and back.  Nothing too quick as my hips still had a little soreness and weakness in it.  (Cumulus silver 352.95)

evening - 3 Treadmill @1%.  Put the kids to bed and grabbed a few extra to try and work my kinks out a bit.  Didn't really feel like going any more than this though.  Now I'll just run once a day until the 1/2.  (Cumulus orange 427.45)

You've worked hard all winter and should be ready to rock Painters. Keep up the hard work and I look forward to seeing you get a big PR there.

Thanks for letting me hang with you guys for a little while and for making me laugh! Although its hard to run and laugh at the same time!
