AM - 7 2xAC and some laps.  A little sore this morning.  But it sure was nice out; temps over 50 at 6AM.  (Cumulus blue 525.65)

afternoon - 7.5 Dog pound AT.  Warmed up with Corey, Josh, and Austin around DI and then got into AT.  I didn't feel loose or great, but once we got moving it went well.  AT section was 3.25 miles and we did it in just over 17:00 - pretty solid; considering the last mile is all uphill and we held it at 6:00.  Then cooled down with DI again.  (Landreth black 374.8)

So are you guys going to stick with the trail run with the rain that is coming?

There, I removed myself from the top of the mileage board for you.

Jon, I appreciate your willingness to let me win (it is all about winning!)

From dave holt on Sun, Feb 08, 2009 at 13:06:25

NO!!!!!!!!!

I just looked and Nick beat me by .4 miles!

That's okay; it's really not all about winning anyway (only when I win).
