AM - 7 on GreenSprings run. Started off slow and easy. Then got even slower and easier. I didn't want to run as slow as I did, but my legs decided it needed to be done. (Glycerin 394.75)

noon - 7.6 on DinoTracks. A great run that takes you right next to some dinosaur tracks up in the desert (thus the name). Took it easy, and couldn't have taken it hard if I wanted to. Extended the run because of developement up in the desert between my house and the freeway.  (Cumulus 325.3)

I am glad to be part of the blog. I am doing the Cache Valley Biatholon with my father in law. I am running the 5 mile race and then he will finish with the 16.5 bike race. My next race looks to be Freedom Run 15K on July 4th up in Hyrum. I am also going to do the Bryce Canyon Half again this year. Great job at Boston! You are THE MAN!

Good workout yesterday. What time are you thinking of doing track workouts in the summer? I know Clyde and Steve have been going on Tuesday evenings. That time doesn't really work with my schedule. Steve suggested Tuesday mornings around 6:00 am, and then doing some type of tempo run on Thursday evenings. I'm just curious what your schedule is like?
