AM - 10.5 Twix/Highland.  Abs and short walk and run with Twix.  Up onto Highland for practice.  Followed up by weights.  A bit slow and tired this morning for me and most of the crew today.  Also trying to figure out a couple of the kids... I dunno.  (Peg blue34 272)

afternoon - 20min swim

Hey Coach Holt! Good to see you running so much! Are you training for anything?

From Holt on Thu, Jun 13, 2019 at 17:36:40 from 71.37.84.74

Just trying to get back in shape after an injury in the spring.

Saw you did Squaw. How was the experience? Did they change up the course with the snow?

Nice! Hope the recovery keeps going smoothly!

Squaw was incredible! They changed the course to an out and back because of the snow, but I didn't know any different, so I didn't mind at all. I would love to do something like that again though, it was a fantastic experience.

It's an experience.

Get your old coach rolling and maybe we'll both run with you next year!

I would love that so much!!
