AM - 12.5 Clyde's. Good Circle run. Then just a little with the team as they warmed for their 30/30. (F50 519.25)

PM - 5 Grapevine.  Got out later, 8pm, for a run out to lower Grapevine after a long day tiling a bathroom.  More to do tomorrow.  Although I was worn out, it was nice to get out and run.  It may have helped that it was overcast and the sun was setting.  (Kinvara 857.4)

Hey, I know you've been dealing with the achilles for a while now. Just thought I would pass along this article - it has a summary of the most effective treatment methods for the injury that you might want to try - http://www.runningwritings.com/2011/08/injury-series-eccentric-exercise-and.html
