AM - 16 Middleton w/ James and then XC Tortoise Trail up near the top w/ the top Varsity. A good 16 miler with no leg issues from the other day. (Cumulus white 92.15)

PM - 9 Bloomington Hills.  Went on a little run today instead of Meat Grinders.  The temps were great with a little rain coming down; it made it very fun - not to mention Kam being high on life (and Red Bull)!  (Stratus 537.1)

I gave you credit, but needed a bigger and bolder name than Dave so switched it up a little. I got it off Austin's blog so that where i got his name. Good run today man. See you at Meat Grinders.

You had a great week last week. How high are you planning on going on your STG build-up?

From dave holt on Tue, Jul 15, 2008 at 13:20:04

Thanks Adam. I won't be going any higher than what I have. In fact 110's-120's should be the regular now as I bring in some more Marathon Specific stuff like tempo finishes and race pace miles.

Sounds like a good plan. I'm really looking forward to St. George. I think we have a lot of guys on the blog primed for some good times.

Yea, I think it is going to be BIG TIME!
