AM - 8 Lower Grapevine/Highland w/ James. Hip felt pretty good, but I was sore from the pool running and took it pretty easy. (Landreth 365.6)

afternoon - 5 DI extended to 3 and then part of that again.  Ran with some of the XC kids (those that show up).  Hip felt fine, but now it is really hurting again.  (Cumulus silver 556.85)

Sore from pool running? Make sure you have water in the pool, before running. Hey, congrats on the new baby comin your way. When you need a really slow recovery run, let me know.

Schedule?

Coach I am way sorry. My Eagle project was only supposed to last from 10 to 12. That didn't happen me and my dad were working on it for about 8 hours.

Sorry to hear your hip is bugging you to. Mine seems like a constant pain. Congrats on the baby news, that is cool. You've got all the girls, and I've got all the boys.

I saw Hurricane's Team out running yesterday and I was really surprised by the large number of kids. I still miss the coaching.
