AM - 12.75 Foremaster and 2xAC with a couple laps. Just a run this morning; tried to grab just a little more to make this afternoon a little easier to deal with. (Cumulus white 237.75)

afternoon - 6.75 4 miles barefoot on grass with 8xstriders and then the warm up w/ XC.  Then I took water out to them and ran up 1.25 miles to find the boys and ran back to the water with them.  I was going to add just a little more with some of the kids to hit the distance I needed, but I had to haul a kid home who got hit by a car.  (Stratus red 507.1)

Thanks for the comments Dave. I wish I could run the course with you guys on Saturday. What are you aiming for this year at SGM. Do you know of anyone that will be trying for a 2:35-2:39 range?

Happy Birthday Dave! We should have had a party mine was on Tuesday and Sunny's is tomorrow. I think we might be hitting the never ending pasta thing soon at Olive Garden.

Hope you had a good day. Do you guys have a meet this weekend or are you planning on a long run with us?

From dave holt on Aug 28, 2008 at 15:28:36

Thanks everybody -

Greg, I am aiming for sub 2:20 (2:19:59 here I come!) There is always a solid group of guys (and a top lady or 2) going for that time range, so you will be able to hook into a solid group for sure.

Dustin, I am planning on Sat. morning (although my workout will be a little shorter -16- and have a few intense sections, but I need to hit the course at least one more time since XC will be taking the rest of the weekends; so we are going to make it work. What time at the store?
