That whole region thing was making me so mad yesterday. I usually don't get involved like that. Blair and Shelley probably don't like me anymore, but oh well. They kept trying to plan the whole thing around the 3 individual runners. Made no sense. Are you guys running Monday or Wed.?

I happened to run by the SC football game tonight, and they were recognizing the seniors on the xc team--quite a few btw--and apparently one of the unfortunate sc kids runs on the team.

Travis, I had heard that, but didn't recognize him. How did the foot feel.

Greg, that is one thing that Vis and I were wondering... A lot of hub-bub over 3 kids that really shouldn't make a difference in anything anyway (not trying to be rude... just stating the facts). So it has all come down to us running on Monday now. I am most glad that were are not racing together; that would have been really an unfair thing to the kids I think. I really didn't care about the course - they both are crappy!

The foot's slowly feeling better. I just need to be careful about increasing mileage and intensity too quickly. You, on the other hand, will be flirting w/ the 100-mile weeks pretty soon.
