morning - 6.5 Soccer Fields.  Ran down Mosquito Trail and then up to the new park to check out the progress and then around a little more in the Fields.  (Altra 280)

afternoon - 8 Prospector.  A beautiful day, short shorts, and a trail.  What else would someone ever need.  I sure wish my legs were ready for a whole weekend of 20+ mile trail runs.  (Old Ohana -8)

I never congratulated you on StG (b/c I was waiting for your report!)... but I'm glad that you seemed to have a pretty good day and were happy with the race... and have seemed to have bounced back pretty quick.

Prospector is the trail that runs along the freeway up in the desert - you may have run it last year, at least a bunch of us did. Tyson ran from his house and joined us...
