morning - 10.5 SLC.  Went out and ran on the paved trail into Draper.  Temps were amazing - awesome time of the year to run.  Finished with a short shakeout run with the boys as they prepared for the state meet today.  (Ohana racers 399.75)

Update:  Pine View boys - 4A State Champs!  The team absolutely killed it.  Despite his worst race of the year (sick) Trevor won, Tyson 2nd, Corey 8th, Devin 14th (13th scoring) and Ryan 15th (14th scoring) - amazing team performance!

Congrats on the XC win! You've worked miracles with that team, as they were kinda middle of the pack (minus Dave Sheeran) in Region 9 when I was there. Very cool!
