AM - Long walk with Twix. Weights. Abs. Limited on the weights and drills - can't do anything bending because my right achilles went to crap. After the run yesterday, things went downhill quickly. Really struggling to walk even.

morning - 10.5 Junction. Took Twix for a walk around the block to loosen up the achilles a bit. Solid run out to the Junction and back. Actually one of the better overall paces on that run (7:04). Wasn't really killing anything, just felt pretty good and ran well. Maybe a little extra juice from Kipchoge. (Glide 178)

Went up and watched Ry run at the SUU XC meet later. She did pretty well.

noon - 10 Sullivan Loop. Was going to warm down to the River Loop and then bring in a little progressive tempo. However, found myself moving pretty decent on the way there. So, just continued the push throughout. Chilled on the way out of up Hell Hole and back home. Under 6:50 ave. (Peg blue 398.25)
