AM - AC/DI ext.  A little more rested this morning and a nice run.  A little change of weather in the air.  (Triumph silver 618.05)

afternoon - 9.5 Target.  Took the boys out to Target and then we sneaked into the tunnel to scare the girls as they were running Neon Spider for the first time.  Pretty fun.  Then added a little more and DI myself, finishing with Molly's Mile.  (Ohana racers 604.75)

Good job on the hills. After taking most of last week off to be with Sunny and the baby, things started off good this week, then I twisted my ankle pretty good playing basketball this morning.
