AM - Long walk with the dog and weights and abs.

AM - 6 Twix/AC.  Not feeling a lot better, but figured I would give it a run.  Short walk with Twix and then a short run and practice.  Followed it up with yoga.  (Levitate 126.5)

afternoon - 8 Parkway.  Up the Washington Parkway and through my neighborhood with the team.

Thought the stomach might be improving after being able to run yesterday, but it is still hanging on and not letting me venture too far.  Did do a long walk with Twix in both the morning and evening.

AM - 8 Twix/AC.  A little more with Twix after a short walk and then practice.  Felt mostly better, but still a bit twisted in the stomach.  Abs.  (Peg Green 434.25)

afternoon - 9 River Trail.  Did a short long run with some specific mile paces at certain times.  It was a good workout.  The last little bit was troublesome on the stomach, so 2450 called.  (Peg NOP 126)

AM - long walk with Twix.  Weights and abs.  Also rode the spin bike for about 15 mins just 'cause it is there.

AM - 6 Twix/AC.  Short walk with Twix and then run and practice.  Abs.  I don't know if I am jacked up or just having a bug that won't leave me alone, but my stomach doesn't like me for that last couple weeks.  (Peg purple 310)

AM - 7 DI/AC. Warmed and cooled with girls while they did their workout and joined the boys for their morning run. The event of the morning- a garbage truck fire (what an event). Took the girls up to the NCAA Mountain Region. (Peg NOP 134)

afternoon - 7.25 GS.  Through in a few race pace fartleks.  Achilles was hurting a lot (probably because of the shoe choixe this morning - I really need probably 2 new pairs and to retire about 3-4 pairs).  Thought I was having a better day on the stomach side of things, but issues still acting up on the afternoon run.  (Ravenna 373.75)

afternoon - 6 Pioneer.  Ran with the girls up on the Pioneer Parkway.  They had a zesty little pace.  (Levitate 139.5)
