AM - 11 Hell Hole/Dirt Mile. Out for a few slow easy miles before practice down along the river and an easy 4 at practice today. (Boston 868.5)(Barefoot '12 80)

afternoon - 5.5 Grapevine. Junk... Injury time. Planned on my 7.5 miler up to Highland, but just starting up the hill, my left calf went nuts. It had felt tight the whole morning and the first of the run (because I couldn't take care of because of kids club), but I hoped it would loosen up. Anyway... first few steps up the hill it sent a shooting pain right up my calf. I walked a few steps and stretched and then tried to run again. A weird grind happened in the very bottom of the muscle and about dropped me to the ground. I decided to turn back and limped, walked, hobbled back. That in itself was very painful and tedious. So icing, compression, rolling, Wintercrest hoping it will loosen up. Best case just a way right muscle that kind of spazzed out - worst case a blown up calf muscle. Hoping for the former, but it hurt bad enough that it could be the latter - lame. (NB 110 288)

I don't think so. Those are usual 1 size fits all. Maybe put your shoe size if you get socks.
