AM - 14 Twix/Sand Hill. Abs. Short walk and about 3 with Twix. Then dropped the car off to be available to pick up kids who ran out of time before they were back to the school and I ran to the elementary to meet the team. We ran up Sand Hill today. I ran with some of the middle crew girls and tried to help them out an bit and then finished up with the guys. Felt really good today and probably could have hit a very solid Sand Hill time, but there is a time for burning it up and a time for coaching (and my time for burning it up has mostly passed me by!).
