AM - 8.75 River Loop.  Long walk with Twix.  Then ran from school down the River Loop.  Such amazing temps lately - a lot of people are bummed that it has been so cool and rainy, they want the sun; and I'm thinking it will be 110 before we know it, let's enjoy some niceness (below 50 again this morning).  Legs were pretty drained until the last mile; then they felt like they had something in them. Nice, great running.

So, how are the summers in the heat? I would assume it is kinda the opposite of living here in the winter with -15 degrees and ice for 2-3 months. Curious as St. George is a location that I am looking at for retirement.
