My perfect day would include a run through the desert, time with my wife and girls, tasty homemade meals, and a nice nap in the middle.
AM - 9.25 Twix/PV. Ran a bit with Twix and then with the team as they did a nice quick workout to get prepped for State. Rolled and abs. (Peg green 95.5)
