AM - DI/Mall. Felt a little better today than yesterday, but still having the blues a bit. I have worked really hard in my life to fight the depression that runs in my family, but every once in awhile it sneaks up and grabs me. Sometimes for no good reason. Yesterday was one of those days. I was tired from a lot of mileage earlier in the week, school started again and I have a tough day with no preps, I was missing my girls since I had been able to spend so much time with them over the break, and really the only thing I was looking forward to was running with the team for the first time in a month, but then I had a meeting after school. So when that was finally done, I just packed up and called it a day. (Ronin 239)

afternoon - 12.5 Grass/Hospital. Got out on the grass for five miles before practice and Matt was finishing up his run. S I grabbed him and we ran together for about 1.5. Then had a great group of boys out and we had a solid modified Hospital loop. Although I still felt the physical effects of the depression stuff, the mental was so much better.
