My perfect day would include a run through the desert, time with my wife and girls, tasty homemade meals, and a nice nap in the middle.
AM - Long walk with Twix and abs. Hammy hurts more today than any other time at rest. Bumma.
Feeling any better? My hamstring gave me fits from May-November and FINALLY feels better. Heal up!
