Went to bed thinking I would be running, but when the alarm went off, and I got up, knee was still tight and swollen.  The pain was reduced, however.  Nonetheless, I decided to keep off it for a little longer and re-evaluate this afternoon.  Injuries suck.

Man how did that happen? I read your blog on Saturday... was it just from running on the track the whole time? Hope it heals soon.

Missing miles right now isn't a big deal. In fact it's a good thing. I'm just going to try and get through around the first two weeks of December and then take it easy. Even if I have time to run then- I'm still going to take it easy. I think 2-3 easy weeks are going to be a must before I jump back into it after the first of the year. I've decided if I don't take a little break like that my body may shut down and won't let me do the 120's I have planned.

Anyways I don't know where all that came from.

Did you ever figure anything out with that picture of us that you were going to give the STGRC. Let me know and I'll help if I can.

hope the knee gets better soon. i have had a couple of times when a knee starts to swell but it is always from my carpentry work and running actually seems to make it go away. rest is probably what you need whether you like it or not.good luck
