morning - 10.5 Turkey Farm.  Just when things are looking bleakest, they start to turn around.  Today's run was also very nice, and after earlier in the week wondering what in the world I was doing even running, I am just enjoying it and feeling good.  Hit 4 sets of 2min, 1min, 30sec fartleks with the team.  Had a great run and just enjoyed the progress of both the girls and boys teams throughout this summer.  Ended with a mile with the dog.  Positive stuff.  (Barefoot '11 139.5)(Rocket 45)

Glad to hear things turned around relatively quickly. You probably were just a little electrolyte depleted and/or worn down from the some mileage days in the HEAT. Its been pretty comfortable up in SLC this summer, temps haven't even come close to what you guys deal with.

I really think that was it - just getting burned out physically and it turned into mental.
