morning - 9.75 Twix/Parkway.  Short walk with Twix and then just kind of a random run around DogTown picking off some more Strava segments (I'm not really being a segment hunter, but it is kind of fun to go grab a few - gets the body moving).  Then dropped her off and went out on the Parkway.  If I wouldn't have stopped to grab a quarter that wasn't, I would have knocked off Evan on the Parkway segment, too.  (Levitate 187)

afternoon - 6.5 Sullivan Loop.  Drove over to Hell Hole and then ran the loop.  Wore some old Pegs that apparently I've retired, so I need to put them away and not wear them again.  I could feel that they were pretty worn out.  Kept the pace easy throughout and just enjoyed working out the kinks.  Abs.  (Peg grey)
