out and back into the Desert Reserve up the Grapevine Springs Trail.

Kind of a hard run when you are in recovery mode because it is all uphill out. But a beautiful run and I just took it easy and thought about running and x-country region on Wednesday and just enjoyed it.

7:59 pace/ave.

Good job getting some good recovery miles in the beginning of the week.

DAVE,

You had a great marathon. Thanks for your encouragement. Good luck at region. Has any one ever told you that you look like Bill Rogers? http://billrodgers.typepad.com/photos/magazine_covers/index.html

If only I could run like him!

I do have the "Relentless" pic of Rogers winning the Boston in '80 (I think) on my desktop (it is my motto) and whenever a kid sees it at school they ask if it is me. I just reply "I wish"
