morning - 14 DC. Ran with the Utah XC coach of the year - Logan; and Steven and Aaron. Ran the reverse loop into the Fields and Little Valley and down to Bloomington. I would like to get going more again, but I am not ever wanting to get up early and I will be very limited with afternoon time soon enough with the new track situation. (Kinvara green 274.25)
A bad week for my knees. The left is on the mend, but yesterday's falls bruised up the already sore right one pretty bad.
Goals for next week: if I get up to run once next week it will be a success. It will be the first time in many years that I haven't run the SG Half. That's kind of a bummer.
