My perfect day would include a run through the desert, time with my wife and girls, tasty homemade meals, and a nice nap in the middle.
evening - 3 Dirt Mile. 3 up on the dirt with the dog. So out of shape! (Cumulus 23.5)
evening - 3 Twix. Out into the Pine View Estates with the dog. Hip isn't wanting to get fluid at all. (Cumulus 26.5)
AM - 3 Twix. Out with the dog before the meet. Some day I'll start to get in shape. (Peg blue 194.75)
Well, I got my three runs in. That's moving up.
Goals for next week: we're moving up to four!
