evening - 3.5 Runway.  Took Molly around the block with us.  She loves to get out, but just can't crank out the miles anymore.  Then up in the desert along the runway.  They have dirt-road paved most of it to give access to the northern section of the new neighborhoods over there.  Always a bummer to see the desert disappearing.  Felt a little stronger today.  Started doing my own version of scraping on my achilles the other day.  Found a great rock to do it with and I think that it actually helps a bit.  Will keep doing it.  (Cumulus 30)

evening - 3 Dirt Mile.  Got out and did what used to be a quick three after practice with the dogs (Molly just went around the block) before Rylee's b-day stuff.  It is a long slow road and I must be patient.  (Cumulus 33)

AM - 3 Twix.  Easy early run without the dog.  She was in big trouble this morning.  We keep thinking that she will grow up some day.  I don't know if that day will ever come.  Being alone made me keenly aware of how crappy I am right now.  My form is totally jacked; I slam my feet with every step; and am out of breath immediately upon starting.  So crazy how after many decades of running and tens of thousands of miles, a couple months off due to injury and it all seems lost.  #bumma.  (Cumulus 36)

Happy Mike Finch Day!

AM - 3 King's Row.  Looped down around the neighborhood out into King's Row.  First back-to-back run in months.  Felt better today than yesterday.  (Cumulus 39)

Got my four runs in.

Goals for next week: get four runs in again.
