Relentless

morning - 8 laps. Ran Harts warm/cool and a bunch of laps - some at pretty decent paces. 20 minutes of elliptical as the team lifted. Wore my old Bostons today for the big race - way to go Meb, way to go James! (Boston 1087.25)

afternoon - 8 City Wells. More Boston shout-outs: ran in the flag shorts! and on James's favorite run. This weekend has gotten me ready to make the corner to training - stoked about Boston, enjoyed the summer esque run this afternoon (even jumped in the pool after) and watched Jericho Mile last night (which is a pretty good show for an old crapper!). Now if I can just hold this excitement through the end of the school year. (Kinvara white 157.5)

AM - 7 Lutheran/AC. I've never had allergies like this. I have headaches, no energy, constant nose and throat itching and more. (Kinvara silver 352.75)

afternoon - 5 laps. Warm/cool with the team and some laps. No energy to do anything more. Wind was vicious today and that wasn't good news for me. (Ronin 356.5)

AM - 7 Lutheran/AC. Blah...blah. Just really yuck with allergies and no energy at all. (Connect 722.5)

afternoon - 8 Fields. Pretty much more of the same, but we had a crappy, but turned out to be fun, detour into the river. One more mile with Pyper with some fartleks thrown in. (Kinvara lime 430.5)

AM - 7 Lutheran/AC. Just another morning run. No run this afternoon - track meet. (Shoe?)

AM - 3 AC. Tried to grab just a little more sleep with the drive coming today. (Free 917.7)

evening - 5 SLC. Ran with the team on the trails at Dimple Dell gully. Threw in a couple fartleks and the boys threw down on me. (Kinvara white 171.5)

all day - 9 Davis. Just warmed and cooled with boys before and after their races. (Kinvara white 166.5)

The week was just busy.

Goals for next week: it is just going to get busier. Mileage? Just try and enjoy some running between all busyness.
