My perfect day would include a run through the desert, time with my wife and girls, tasty homemade meals, and a nice nap in the middle.
AM - Twix/Pioneer Parkway. Short run with Twix and then early morning long run with the team. Pace was solid and weather was great... makes for a good morning. Abs. (Peg purple 114)
AM - 5 Parkway. Morning run with Twix. Usual Tuesday tiredness is dominating my life. Weights and abs. (Ravenna 134.75)
AM - 8.5 Twix/AC. Dog and team. Abs.
afternoon - 7.5 GS. Up to Green Springs by way of the desert.
AM - 3 Twix. Run with the dog. Weights and abs.
afternoon - 7 Hospital. Very warm run.
AM - 8 Twix/AC. Followed up with yoga and abs. (Peg purple)
AM - 4.5 Orem. Nice easy run with Vis before the meet. (Ravenna)
