AM - 6.25 AC/2450.  Nice morning run.  Good start to the week.  (Five Fingers 293.35)

afternoon - 8 Cedar.  One of those disjointed runs.  Took Molly out into the desert for a couple and then took the team up to Cedar to run their track workout.  Ran a warm up and then ran barefoot for a little, but got sidetracked talking with the SUU coach.  Finished with a cool around town. AM - 13 Mall/AC/Mall.  Went to practice early to run a 5 mile warm.  Then the 3 on AC.  Then I went into a 5 mile tempo on Mall.  The first two of the tempo were good at 5:45, then I pushed up the Mall hill pretty good (fell off pace, but only fell off effort a couple times as I got tired, but then pushed to get back on) and had a strong last mile.  Both hips tightened up a bit going up the hill and made the finish tougher.  (old Ohana -13)

afternoon - 8 Kanaraville.  Ran from the New Harmony exit up into Kanaraville with the team.  Wind was the strongest I have ever ran in.  The team was doing 2/1/30sec. fartleks and I couldn't keep up with them so I just made it a continuous tempo for the 3.5 that it took them to do that part.  Felt pretty good (despite the wind).  (Stratus grey 473.35)

AM - 6.25 AC/2450.  So tired this morning.  But I felt surprisingly good after two hard runs yesterday (I am sure I will feel it this afternoon and tomorrow!). (Five Fingers 299.6) 

afternoon - 9 Foremaster/DI.  Easy run over Foremaster and then DI.  Finished with Molly's Mile.  (Free 205.2)

AM - 11 AC/River Run.  Easy run with a few extra miles this morning.  (Triumph silver 286.8)

evening - 5 Beaver.  Stopped in Beaver and ran in the snow with the kids that I was taking up to the meet.  (Landreth blue 307.75)

AM - 8 Provo.  Ran up University and back again.  Just took it nice and easy to finish off the week.  (Landreth blue 327.75)

Week was okay.  Hip held up decent.  Hopefully the easy end to the week lets it feel good for next week.

Goals for next week:  Regions is on Wed/Thur. so that makes those days tough, but the other days I want to be strong.  Have a couple good tempo workouts and a good long run on Saturday.
