Relentless

AM - 5.5 Twix/Bank.  Ran a few with the dog.  She has done so much better with her new harness; I enjoy running with her and don't want to kill her for the first 4 miles... it is very nice.  Then 15mins at practice, out by the bank.  Sore hammies from pulling weeds didn't even bug.  Ended with abs.  (Riders 712.25)

afternoon - 7 Kick It. New name for GS to Middleton. Julien gave it new meaning when he kicked an orange into a car... oh boy. (Peg grey 382.5)

AM - abs and then a short walk with Twix.  Then weights on my own as the team went out for their short run.

afternoon - 8 River Trail.  Did a workout of 5 minute CV sets.  First was 1min on 4min off, then 2 on 3 of, and so on.  Felt pretty good.  Was a little behind the boys, but maintained good pace throughout - 5:20 pace.  It was a tough and good workout.  (Peg Oly 327.5)

AM - 10 Twix/Target.  Ran a few with the dog and then a little with the girls as they got started a little earlier than the boys.  Then with the boys, and Dallen, Mitch and I extended since we be in Vegas all day.  Could feel the workout in me a bit.  But I didn't feel horrid, just a bit tight and tired.  Abs.  (Pace blue 158.75)

AM - 5 Twix/AC.  Hit snooze maybe once or twice too many times today.  But that's alright, the year is over soon and I can get on a little better schedule.  Last morning run with the team for the year.  Wonderful group of Seniors that I'll miss a lot.  Did the same longer version of abs from yesterday.  It is a great one.  Off to State today.  (Peg black 727)

AM - 4.5 BYU.  A little run around Provo before the State track meet.  (Peg black33 198)

AM - 5.5 Provo.  Ran nice and early with Travis from the hotel near'ish the lake.  (Peg black33 203.5)

What a busy week.  I love coaching amazing kids - some of them are amazing runners as well, but most of them are truly amazing kids.

Goals for next week: Try and bring my running up a bit.
