decided not to do run w/ hills even though it was only just 6. So ran just 3 w/ team.

When you start writing miles, a 0 sure looks bad (maybe that's why many experts say don't count miles, but I still like to). I need the rest though. Body feels better, but both achilles - especially right- hurt.
