Relentless

AM - 12.25 Foremaster/Hell Hole.  Early morning run up Foremaster and then up the trail to Hell Hole and back through DogTown.  Good morning run.  Threw some pickups in there and those felt pretty good too.  (Peg blue 296.75)

AM - weights.

afternoon - 8.5 Hell Hole.  Went into Washington and dropped down Hell Hole and looped that all the way to 2450 and up.  Still warm; but 95 is so much cooler than 105, so I will take it.  (Riders 617.25)

AM - 7.5 Twix/AC.  Got up to get a little more in with the dog.  She hasn't been able to run as much lately because I don't get out as much in the morning (to limit doubles on my poor legs), and the morning walks don't seem to be quite enough for her.  So she was happy when we went almost 4.5 this morning.  Then 25 mins at practice.  Got a couple new pairs of Pegs.  Not that I am a Nike lover, but those are good shoes.  (Peg grey 735)

afternoon - 2 BHNP. Probably just a couple miles setting up the workout and joggin a couple recoveries with the team. Best workout of the year for the team. (Kinvara grey 148)

AM - weights.  Have been taking the dogs out on a walk on weights morning to try and stretch the achilles in a gentle manner as well as limit doubles and of course get the beast out of the house.  Had a nice 30 minute walk this morning.  My RHR has been skyhigh this week - up 10+ beats everyday.  Have had a bit of a nose and throat cold and just trying to recover from the run-a-thon.

afternoon - 7.25 Hospital/Trail to Nowhere. Did a run. (Peg Oly 7.25)

AM - 5.5 Twix/AC. Slept a little extra. Then the usual. (Cumulus 169.75)

afternoon - 8.5 Firestaton. Had do some major extensions on this run including a stop off at the Boilers for a good swim. Some barefooting with striders at the elementary to escape the pointless lightning warning. (Peg grey 15)(barefoot '16 28)
