AM - 11.25 Mall/Grass.  Hit the Mall run and then into 1000's with the girls.  After a great race this weekend, they are still rolling.  (Last Ohana 197.25)

afternoon - 6 Shoe Run.  Hadn't hit this route in awhile, so it was nice (and took a good swim in the pond - none of the kids could hang with me in a race).  Then 8xbarefoot striders.  (Barefoot '11 151)(Hyper Speed 41.5)

AM - 12.5 Tempo Loop.  Hit the tempo loop from Clyde's.  Was a decent one, but not quite as solid as last week (just a couple seconds slower per mile - except the last which was a couple quicker).  I think I am just feeling a little more tired (sleepy tired).  (Rocket 83.25)

AM - 6 2xAC.  Needed a little more sleep this morning, so I cut the Mall and only hit AC.  (Free 512.7)

afternoon - 7.5 2xDI/laps.  DI warm and cool sandwiched around laps on the track as the team did a workout.  Hip is really holding up well this week.  (Landreth blue 654.9)

AM - 11 Mall/2xAC.  Wasn't great to get up, but glad I did.  Temps were just a touch cooler this morning (hooray!).  (Altra 251.5)

afternoon - 6 2450 Park.  Down to the park and 4 barefoot miles.  Just a tiny touch cooler today and it made a huge difference.  (Barefoot '11 155)(Triumph 756.75)

AM - 8 Mall/AC.  No 2nd AC this morning as I have a bunch of stuff to get ready for the day and run-a-thon tonight.  (Oregon 109.5)

afternoon - 10.75 Bloomington Hills.  Went over to the region course and ran a workout on it for practice today.  Ran 2xmile, 2x1200 - cruise pace (essentially tempo - right around 5:55-6:00 for the boys) and then I added 2xmile again to help one of our runners out who showed up late (I was just happy he showed up!).  So by the cool down I was feeling a bit spent with all that hard running in the grass.  (Barefoot '11 157)(NB 101 217.75)

AM - 10 track.  Pulled an all nighter with our run-a-thon.  So at about 3:00 am I hit the track.  Warmed up for a couple miles, then 2 at 6:30 to get the legs moving.  Then went into a little 4 mile tempo session - went 5:40, 5:30, 5:20, 5:10.  Cooled down for two more.  Felt pretty good.  By the end I was moving along pretty well and thought about doing more.  But I told myself to calm down and not get to over my head.  (Last Ohana 207.25)

Decent week.  Just need to get some sleep to catch up for Friday night/Saturday morning. 

Goals for next week:  Keep the hip holding up (it did great this last week).  A few harder runs in the mix.  And a busy week with 2 races and homecoming junk that we are involved in.
