My perfect day would include a run through the desert, time with my wife and girls, tasty homemade meals, and a nice nap in the middle.
AM - 11.75 Twix/Pioneer Parkway. Short walk and short run with Twix. Long run with the team up on the Pioneer Parkway. Abs. (Levitate 86)
AM - Long walk with the dog and weights. Abs.
afternoon - 6 Green Springs. Ran with the girls. (Ravenna 328.25)
AM - 7.25 Twix/AC. Short walk with Twix and run. Then AC for practice. abs. (Peg NOP 67.25)
afternoon - 5.5 Coral Canyon. Warmed and cooled with the guys around their workout. And yelled at the team during it. (Peg green 400)
AM - 3.25 Twix. Short walk and a short run in the rain. Was pretty soaked through. Very limited weights today and then abs. (Boston 466)
AM - 7 Twix/AC. Short walk with Twix and then run.
afternoon - 4.5. Easy run for practice.
AM - 8 SC Parkway. Up early’ish to run before helping at the marathon. (Ravenna 336.25)
