AM - 10.75 Twix/Washington Parkway. Short walk and a mile with Twix. Achilles was actually feeling decent. Run with the team was solid. Had some good pickups and a good overall pace. Temps were the best - mid 50s. Abs. (Glide 162.5)

AM - Long walk with Twix. Weights. Abs. Limited on the weights and drills - can't do anything bending because my right achilles went to crap. After the run yesterday, things went downhill quickly. Really struggling to walk even.

afternoon - 4.75 Shoe Run. Decided to give it a shot today. There was some pain, but it was runable'ish. (Levitate black 62)
