afternoon - 8.5 2 miles of warmup, then 3x600 striders, and 2 mile cooldown with boys, then 3.5 cool on 2450. Legs still seem pretty shot. Quads were hammered when I tried to use the stick on them. (Stratus bee 336.35)

AM -7.6 Green Springs. Not really a good run. My hips and hip flexors are just shot. I am really regretting the extra bit of mileage added onto Saturday's run, it was just too much at the time. I am looking forward to being able to run normally again without pain and without limps. (Stratus red 547.65)

evening - 2.5 SLC. Around the mall in South Town with the team to stretch the legs after the bus ride. My hips felt horid. (Landreth black 192.6)

morning - 11.2 SLC. From South Town up into Draper and on the Porter Rockwell Trail and back. Felt a little better up until about mile 8 and then my legs really wanted to be done. (Landreth black 203.8)

afternoon - 8 River Trail. No run this morning. We got home a bit late last night and I just didn't want to get up and run. I am really excited for a run that doesn't suck. Maybe someday I will get one of those again. (Cumulus white 345)

afternoon - 9 GS/PL/Middleton. Nice to get up on the trail again, but it was very disappointing to see how much they have continued to push building into the desert - even when homes aren't selling in the first place. Had a brief thought of going longer, but decided that wasn't the smartest idea as my legs are still thoroughly shot. (Stratus bee 345.35)

AM - 15 Fields. Hit the roads early this morning. Right knee pain was very present for most of the run, but I stopped multiple times to try and stretch the legs out, and by the time I headed home, it was hurting less. Tried to treat the run as a prep for next week's runs. Hopefully I can feel a little more recovered after the rest of the weekend off. (Landreth black 218.8)

Didn't really have a good week in any regards: my legs were completely flat, a lot of aches and pains were present, mileage was weak, and didn't hit any doubles.

Goals for next week: I would like to start getting in some decent mileage, but I really am going to continue to play it by feel and not push it too much. If I feel better than this week I'll run more; if not, I'll do what I did this week.
