went up into Buena Vista and around Green Springs and looped home.

My legs were sore but not really tired until right at the end. Although I didn't care about the time at all, I ran at 7:31 pace ave.

Now (Tuesday morning) my legs don't have any soreness and my Plantar F isn't really bothering me.

Way to get out and run yesterday. Holy cow I was doing good to do 2.5.

Mik'L wants me to tell you to tell your wife that she and Steve's wife are going to come to running club on Thursday night and that your wife should come run with them.

Mik'L also wants to know when and where region cross country is?

Our email got all jacked up here at school, so tell her to email again so I have her address.

Region is Wednesday at (varsity) 5 and 5:30 at Hurricane Middle School.
