AM - 12 Joe.  Not the usually planned run for 12 in the morning as I had to drop off my breakfast at the school first, but then hit Lutheran, and 2xAC.  Felt pretty good after yesterday's afternoon off.  I just wish I would have been able to have some time to roll/massage/yoga my legs last night but Mutual ran way too long and by the time I got home it was bed time.  (Oregon 304)

afternoon - 12.5 Fire Station Desert.  Got a few miles in the desert and then ended up over at the fields by Washington Elem. and ran 1 mile barefoot (felt good, could have done a lot more of that).  Then headed back to school where we did our weights and plyos and then ran home and Molly's Mile with Ry.  (Barefoot '12 15)(Triumph silver 664.55)

I don't think it's been called mutual since like the 80's?

I usually don't say that either - in fact I think it is stupid... but that is just what came out!

I emailed out the relay stuff but if you didn't get the email you are running leg 7 (4.4 miles) and 10 (7.97). Aaron had to run 2,3 back to back and Steve wanted legs 4,9 because he ran them last year. So I split up the rest the best I could between you, Logan and I. You'll have to be the horse on this one and tackle that last leg:) happy trails!
